Terms and conditions.

• Rates are in New Zealand Dollars and are including GST.

• All rates are per room per night. Prices may vary at certain times of the year.

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival or No-Show, one night will be charged.

• Bookings may be cancelled if No-Show by check in time without contacting us.

• Office hour : 8am to 9pm

• Deposit has to be paid to confirm your booking. any remaining balance is to be paid on arrival.

• extra person charge($25pp) will apply.
